Dessert recipe book in the makes as we speak!

I have been tweaking recipes for nearly a decade trying to create super delicious meals, snacks and treats.
I finally bit the bullet and started the process for publishing my own sweet treats cookbook (baking book?). I am calling it "But first, dessert!" You see, I am a firm believer that suffering with digestive issues shouldn't prevent anyone from enjoying dessert. Rest assured the recipes I am including will all be grain-free, gluten-free, refined sugar free and oh so satisfying. I am only publishing treats that I would be willing to consume myself. But, these are also recipes I have shared with some of my biggest skeptics, you know, those people who don't think eating a healthy dessert would be worth it and they've been impressed so far.
I feel like I can't get this out soon enough so everyone can indulge but there is still so much work to be done.
I will be sharing my successes and mishaps along the way.
